Solve the burning failure of single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher

The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical, coal and other industries. Among its components, the outer circle of the frame body bushing is fitted in the frame with interference fit, and the inner hole is equipped with a rotating eccentric sleeve part. When the temperature rises under heavy load, the frame bushing and the eccentric bushing will be heated and expand, resulting in the phenomenon of shaft holding. At the same time, the main shaft bushing and the frame bushing will burn out, resulting in the phenomenon of shaft holding. In order to solve this fault, an effective solution must be adopted.

If the displacement of the lubricating oil pump is increased, the oil supply pressure is increased, the diameter of the oil supply pipe is increased, and the friction pair clearance is increased, so that more lubricating oil can pass through in a unit time to improve the cooling condition. However, this will not only cause waste, but after increasing the friction pair clearance, the upper suspension point will also change, and the movement state of the crushing cone will also change, which is not allowed. On the other hand, it also affects the lubrication of other friction pairs.

If you replace the lubricating oil with higher oil film strength, although the lubrication effect can be enhanced, it cannot solve the problem fundamentally and can only be used as an auxiliary. If the friction pair material is changed, such as MC-6 nylon for oil preheating, the material is soft and easily deformed, which is not suitable for interference assembly.

Based on the above analysis, a new type of assembly technology-anaerobic adhesive bonding technology can be used. After trying out the technical performance, the operation effect is good. The anaerobic adhesive is in the form of a viscous fluid, and has a high bonding strength that can reach the highest strength within 24 hours; when the thickness of the adhesive is 0.15~0.2mm under the anaerobic state, it can reach 60% of the highest strength in 1 minute. The adherend is non-metallic. When the surface to be adhered needs to be activated with an accelerator before it can be bonded to the metal; the temperature reaches 260 ℃ or more to bond failure; the roughness of the surface to be adhered is preferably 12.5-25.
