Vibrating screen is a kind of screening machine which is widely used. As one of the important components of the sieve-the role of the vibration isolation device in the screening process is very important. This article will analyze and introduce the structure of the vibrating screen's supporting device and vibration isolation device in detail.
The vibrating screen supports two types: hanging type and seat type. The hanging device used in the hanging type includes spiral compression spring, steel wire rope, anti-pendulum, lifting ring, steel rope clamp and other parts.
The sieve is hung on the upper floor through four sets of hanging devices. The inclination of the screen surface can be adjusted by changing the length of the wire rope. The anti-swing hammer is installed above the wire rope, and its function is to prevent the screen box from swinging laterally. Changing the position of the anti-swing counterweight on the rope can change the natural vibration frequency of the wire rope to prevent resonance and achieve the purpose of anti-swing.
The seat-type supporting device is composed of springs, upper and lower spring supports, positioning blocks, screen box trunnions and friction dampers. The upper spring support is connected with the trunnion of the screen box. When the metal coil spring is used to reduce vibration, a vibration reduction friction damper is provided under the support. The damper is composed of bolts, springs, rubber blocks and rubber seats. The damper is adjusted by adjusting the bolt, so that the spring is compressed from a free height of 170mm to about 30mm. Observe the situation of the sieving machine passing through the resonance zone and repeatedly adjust until the amplitude is relatively small and the sieve stops more smoothly during the resonance.
In the vibrating screen, the damping spring is both the main vibration spring and the vibration isolation spring. The elastic elements in the vibration isolation device have various forms such as metal coil springs, rubber springs, composite springs and gas-filled springs.
The functions of the vibration isolation device are as follows:
① The natural frequency of the system is a function of the spring stiffness and the vibration mass. When the sieve mass is determined, the natural frequency of vibration depends on the spring stiffness. Therefore, the spring stiffness determines the working state of the elastic system and the stability of the screening machine.
②The spring stiffness is large, and the dynamic load transmitted to the foundation is also large. Therefore, proper selection of the spring stiffness can reduce the dynamic load transmitted to the foundation.
