③The parts of the crusher of the same model should be interchangeable.

④The replacement of wearing parts such as jaw plate and guard plate should be convenient, the location of lubrication point should be reasonable, and the adjustment device should be flexible.

⑤The bearing should have a good sealing and dustproof device, and the friction surface that needs to be lubricated should have dustproof measures.

⑥ The crusher should be able to be connected with the vacuuming device, and the vacuuming device is made by the user.

(2) Appearance quality

①The main machined surface should be free from scratches, bruises and corrosion.

②The surface of the welding frame of the crusher should be flat, and there should be no visible unevenness during visual inspection.

③The surface of steel parts should be derusted before coating, and the derusting grade shall not be lower than the requirement of St2 in GB/T 8923-1988.

④The painted surface should be smooth and consistent in color, and there should be no defects such as sagging, shelling and missing coating.

(3) Quality of parts

①Materials for the main parts of the crusher have mechanical properties not lower than the requirements of the materials mentioned in Table 1.

The main parts of the crusher

② When necessary, the eccentric shaft should be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection and should comply with the V-level regulations in JB/T5000.15-1998. When other methods are used to detect flaws, the requirements of the corresponding standards shall be met.

③The welding quality of welded structural parts should meet the requirements of -JB/T5000.3-1998.

④The dimensional tolerance and angle tolerance of the main welded structural parts such as the frame should conform to the requirements of Class B in JB/T5000.3-1998, and the shape and position tolerances should meet the requirements of Class F. It is generally required that the dimensional tolerance and angle tolerance of welded structural parts should meet the requirements of Class C in JB/T5000.3-1998, and the shape and position tolerances should meet the requirements of Class G.

⑤The casting quality of the cast steel frame should meet the requirements of JB/T5000.0-1998.

(4) Complete machine requirements

①The size of the feed port of the crusher, the power of the motor, and other specifications and technical parameters of the label should meet the requirements of Table 2.

The technical parameter requirements of the crusher

②The width of the discharge opening of the crusher should be uniform. The width of the discharge opening and the adjustment range should meet the requirements of Table 2.

③The complete set of crusher should include: crusher; V-belt; anchor bolts; special tools; electric control box, motor, motor guide rail and spare parts can be provided according to the contract of the ordering unit.

④Material types and compressive strength are subject to on-site material test reports or rock reports from the geological department.

⑤The processing capacity should be measured when the width of the open side discharge opening is at the nominal value.

⑥ If the maximum discharge size is greater than 1.6b, it should not exceed 5%. Under the working conditions of using the new jaw, the weighted average size of the discharge size should not be greater than b.

⑦The first overhaul period of the crusher: less than PE-900×1200 should not be less than 8000h; greater than or equal to PE-900×1200 should not be less than 12000h.

(5) Safety and health requirements

① The sharp edges of the exposed cutting surface of the crusher should be dull.

② The noise sound pressure level when the crusher is running under no load should not exceed 85dB (A).

③The rotating transmission parts of the crusher should have safety protection devices. The safety protection device provided by the user shall be described in the product manual and contract.

④At the moment of falling into a non-crushed object or severe overload, the main parts of the crusher, such as the frame, movable jaw, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and sheave, will not be damaged or the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and other overload protection will play a protective role.

(6) No-load test requirements

① The movable jaw and moving parts of the crusher should rotate flexibly without jamming. There should be no abnormal noise when running at no load.

②The continuous no-load operation time of the crusher is not less than 2h, but the test operation must be finished after the bearing temperature is stable for 1h.

③When the crusher is running under no load, the maximum temperature of the rolling bearing is not more than 75℃, and the temperature rise is not more than 35℃.

(7) Technical requirements of electric control box

① The operation panel of the electric control box should have an operation sign.

②The electric control box should have the function of opening the door to cut off the power or opening the protective shell when using tools.

③The electric control box should be effectively grounded and there should be obvious grounding signs.

④ The insulation resistance of the electric control box should be greater than 1MΩ.

⑤The electric control box should be subjected to a 1s withstand voltage test. The test voltage is generally twice the rated power supply voltage of electrical equipment or 1000V, and there is no flicker in the test for 1s. Components that are not suitable for the test should be disconnected during the test.
